Steven T. Kartchner
President
Mr. Kartchner has been appraising residential and commercial properties for over 17 years. He is a Certified
General Appraiser licensed in the State of Utah. Mr. Kartchner's is the principle programmer responsible for Bedrock's
proprietary Computer Assisted Appraisal program and Automated Valuation Model (AVM) software. In addition, he has extensive
experience in he valuation of high value residences, forensic review, and in nearly all the residential appraisal diciplines.

Cari K. Schultz
Staff Appraiser
Ms. Schultz is a Certified Residential appraiser licensed in the State of Utah, and has been with our firm since
